 Recently, a friend asked me to do a moist chocolate cake to surprise his girlfriend on her birthday. He wanted a one layer cake, simple yet sophisticated. I was told that his grilfriend like the color green so he leaves it up to me to come up with a design. With not much to go on, I decided to create the birthday cake with the colors apple green for growth and health, yellow for wisdom and happiness, and white for innocence. Perfect to suit her unique personality and beautiful name - LIFE. The Fondant Chocolate Cake was definitely a Cake to remember!
