I was asked to come up with an elegant square royal blue design for a fondant wedding cake. I chose pearl white to go with the midnight blue to suit the simple royal-like theme.

The wedding was held at Gazebo Royale and when I delivered the cake at 3am I saw how well the fontant cake matched their midnight blue theme. I was a bit tired after being up all night, but I was so happy to see the wedding set-up - they had recktanglular tables, covered with royal blue table cloth with white roses as their center pieces.

Yesterday, I went to the World Trade Center in Manila for the Food & Beverage Expo to see if I could find more suppliers for my business. I was able to find a few distributors of flowers, chocolates and other molding materials. What makes it more interesting is that most of the exchibitors were from different countries like Singapore, Japan and Europe. I was not able to find new molder designs for fondant cakes because they have limited displays at the exhibit, but all in all, it was a good day at the exhibit.
